HEALTH GUARANTEE

I, JUDY A. PHILBRICK hereby sell to_________________________ of _________________________ a Persian kitten register able by CFA. Buyer assumes responsibility to have the kitten examined within (3) days after the sale by a licensed veterinarian. If, within the time, said kitten is determined by a vet to be unhealthy, kitten's price will be refunded. The problem has to be verified in writing from buyer's veterinarian. Seller is not responsible in any way for the kitten's health after said three (3) days. Kitten is sold for the amount $_______. Kitten is hereby sold and buyer acknowledges delivery on________ (date). (seller)________________ (buyer) __________________. The Breeder will honor a one-year health guarantee after the above criteria are met. This guarantee will cover any genetically linked diagnosis which has resulted in the death of the kitten, which includes euthanasia due to the diagnosis. The Breeder requires a copy of the autopsy from the veterinarian stating the genetic link. The purchaser of the kitten is responsible for the expense of the autopsy.
